Time-lapse video traveling east-bound from Folsom, California to Shingle Springs, California on Highway 50 on a Saturday evening.

The redwoods part, but pretty low res.

Malacca Straits Mosque built on a man-made Malacca Island. The best time to visit this place is during sunset and after. I planned to do a hyper-lapse to see the dynamic motions happening around the mosque at night. Shot with DJI Mavic Pro 2.

What's worse for us: sugar or fat?

To answer the hottest question in nutrition, twin doctors Chris and Xand Van Tulleken go on month long high-fat and high-sugar diets. The effects on their bodies are shocking and surprising. But they also discover that in the debate about fat and sugar, the real enemy might have been hiding in plain sight.

Fractal Zooms, Hyper-lapse, morphs and screen graphics were created for this episode.

The fractal sequences were shot using 4K cameras giving us huge resolution which enabled us to create these zoom effects in After Effects. Shot on location in New York and London.

chrisfahey: It's mesmerizing how the harmonic amplitudes of the hyperlapse and the propeller make the prop look super slow.

kaijuu: Welcome back to Nashville!

caseorganic: @kaijuu Thank you very much!

There is an apartment building being built next to my office. I decided to capture a time-lapse of the construction. I love the ballet of vehicles and people. 44 minutes of activity compressed into 4 minutes 21 seconds. (no sound)

I am on the long trek up the stairs to the top of a hill in Pokhara, Nepal, to see the Vishwa Shanti Stupa or the World Peace Pagoda. I generally avoid long climbs as I am a bit past my prime, but my guide has brought me here, assuring me that the beautiful Himalayan views from on top of the mountain make the climb every bit worth it. So as I trudge wearily along, huffing and puffing, an oasis in the desert- sort of- was this ice cream vendor when we were almost there. A refreshing cold dessert is just what the doctor ordered! What added to the fun was that this gentleman makes his own ice cream cones. From wheat, so very healthy, he said. So basically, the gentleman makes ice cream cones while his wife fills out ice cream orders. A brief Hyperlapse video of the actual process appeared just before this. (see previous picture- my Facebook viewers will find this video in the separate Videos folder under my Profile). (Pokhara, Nepal, Oct/ Nov. 2019)

This video is a test (my new computer passed with FLYING colors). Wow, if I had this computer a year ago, I'd have been able to create a hyperlapse of my drive to Florida and back on my dash cam.

But anyway - this is a test of my dashcam and new computer. It is my commute from work in Midlothian, VA (Sheetz) and Richmond, VA (Carytown). Funnily you can see that Chesterfield is on the ball with plowing and salting and snow plows. As soon as I hit the Richmond line, I didn't see plowing again until a feeble attempt at Cary Street inside of Carytown and Ellwood Ave.

AntwerpPhotowalk by Matjoez, Matthew Vandeputte, a hyperlapse and timelapse photographer.

Stop motion movie of hubby along the Trent and Mersey Canal.

Shot from a window at Adobe Hamburg, iPhone taped to window pane. Hyperlapse’s “secret” settings allow a capture be sped up by 40×.

Even with this tripod, the wind jiggles the phone enough to significantly mess up a time lapse video. Any ideas on how to fix that? It gets very windy up there.

This is a not so quick test of Hyperlapse video from my Mavic Air.

This is basically 290 pictures taken over 15 minutes post processed in Lightroom, stacked and converted to video in Photoshop, and stabilize in Davinci 15.

This took like 4 hours, for 3 seconds of video. Next time will be faster.

It got SUPER windy so I went to bring the drone down and as it was landing (5" from the ground) it was all "I NEED TO DANCE!" and it flew several blacks away to some open spaces... in which I filmed this.

Snow Train at Nar Nar Goon. Battery was low on the Lumia 1520 so I used the Lumia 1020. Nice to have options!

Another with the action smoothed out with Microsoft Hyperlapse non-iOS app.

What a great day to be on the water. Playing with the Iphone timelapse
