So I tried to make a style card for you all and this is what kept popping up on all of my pictures. I tried everything to fix it , but it just wont go away.

Constructed between 1913-14. It also housed the post office and currently is part of the railroad museum.

Helper, Utah.
Helper is situated at the mouth of Price Canyon, alongside the Price River, on the eastern side of the Wasatch Plateau in Central Utah. Trains traveling westward from the Price side to the Salt Lake City side of the plateau required additional "helper" engines in order to make the steep (2.4% grade) 15 mile climb up Price Canyon to the town of Soldier Summit. Helper was named after these helper engines, which the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad stationed in the city.
Tonight's rescue will include a mother, and an unknown number of puppies living in East Los Angeles under an abandoned house. A bit loud (and not so many people on this sheet in progress.

I have to reshoot this. I want the boy to pop from this pic. I just used ambient light, so even with 3200 iso and f2.8, the shutter speed was 1/20. So I'm assuming a flash would help so I can get a faster shutter speed? And what speed should I go for?
Any other suggestions from you brilliant ones out there?

I added some people whose opinion I'd like to know.
Also rescued these from Goodwill, and was able to distract Conrad long enough for him to forget about them, so I can bring them out at a later date, whenever he hasn't gotten as many cars as he has lately. The red truck is Mighty World, a nicer modern brand, and the other is Fisher Price with a 1979 copyright. Conrad seemed to like them equally, which is just as it should be.

I discovered that Nova would make THE worst dock diving dog ever. If she can't feel the bottom she won't jump in, she'll just stand there and whine. My sister got a video of her when we were camping crying because there was a stick in the water off the rocks.
This is after she finally went off the rocks. She was really not happy and was so stubborn - if she moved a couple feet towards me she could easily get up the rocks, but she wouldn't move from this spot and I had to go over and pull her up.
She's a princess, can only swim on sandy beaches apparently, Lol.
