Cabincruiser gikk på et skjær mellom Lindøy og Hellesøy. Dette var tett på jomfrutur og 45 foteren var meget godt utstyrt med instrumentering. Eieren opplyste at han hadde oppdaget skjæret for sent på høyvannet.
RS ”Ryfylke” fra det frivillige sjøredningskorpset i Stavanger satte en mann om bord for å sjekke skader, men utrolig nok kunne båten gå tilbake til Stavanger for egen maskin.

Hell, Grand Cayman - Hell's intriguing rock formation, which resembles the charred remains of a hell fire, is weathered from rock called ironshore. Common around the island, but in less dramatic form, ironshore has been estimated at 1.5 million years old. The formation, which looks like volcanic rock, is actually made up of very hard limestone, at one time snow white, now blackened by a surface coating of the algae which are secreting acid and eroding the rock into these unusual shapes.

Included in these images are what looks like the remains of the old highway; Cariboo Road. My guess is that the "Bowl was a semi-earth fill. Prior to that there was a lot of empty space, so the road went were I think is the old highway

This dog tag was a gift from someone really special. It was given to me when I signed up and took oath to serve in the armed forces of the United States. This person told me to keep this in my mind through my upcoming dark hours.
