i am a person with passion.
i have convictions and i feel very strongly about them. sometimes i rant and fume over these positions, but i feel like i keep myself in some form of check - Leigh does that for me, too.
that being said, i know i go "off the deep end" sometimes, and i am wrong for that.
this bumper sticker screamed "off the deep end and still digging."
i have little interest in this story, mostly because i don't personally know anybody involved. as far as facts go, it's a lot of speculation at the moment.
do i think Vick had something to do with this? good chance. should he be prosecuted? yes, if he's involved. do i like Vick? i have no particular feelings for him, one way or the other.
should we "hate Vick?" seriously, are you kidding? even if he's convicted of the heinous things that are reported, should we hate him, then? no.
you give what you have inside. love or hate, it's going to come out.
i feel compassion for the person driving this car. not only are they forced to drive a vw, but their "farfromlovin" attitude means that their daily life is filled with hatred and bile. can you imagine what it must be like to wake up everyday and feel that much anger?
i hope not.
i would rather have only one tiny drop of love left in me, than to be filled to the top with hatred.
(here comes the preachy finish...) go out of your way to love your neighbor. fresh love is great (it feels like icecream and brownies in your stomach - warm, cool and chocolatey). there's only room for fresh love after you've given away all your old.

Things are getting interesting in Placerville, my little town. The anti-gay faction has been around and being ugly for some time. Many of us have been demonstrating in favor of tolerance. But free speech comes in many different colors, styles and messages.

Nearly 175,000 gathered on Boston Common to hear Senators Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey, Attorney General Maura Healey, Mayor Walsh, other elected officials, activists and musicians before the Boston Women's March. The event started at 11AM and the march began around 1PM. Although the march through the Common, past the public Garden and down Commonwealth Ave and back was short, the last marchers didn't finish until about 4PM given the size of the crowd. Here's aerial video of the crowd shot by a local news affiliate.
Today, we picked up some Smart Doll goodies : a weather cap and a "Haters Gonna Hate" shirt.
I'll admit that sometimes, I can be very lazy redoing Aisha's hijab. So I was basically looking for an excuse on how to just stick on her head without much styling. The cap covers the seam line perfectly. So now, Aisha can go around town looking like a cute hijabi hipster ;)
Luca hates the snow. Even with her jumper and coat on, she's shivering. There's no place to pee, there's no grass! It gives her an annual winterdepression...
Fuck hipsters.
What's with them never showering, thinking they're hotter than regular people, and no-job-having? I don't get it. I just don't get the hipster thing.
And yet, despite how much I resent them, I constantly find myself drawn to their self-absorption, their belief that they are cooler than other people is SO STRONG that eventually, you kinda start buying it too. It's WEIRD.
But it totally works. So, this card will remind you of all the shit you hate about hipsters.

maddie (demis little sister) got REALLY upset last night about twitter. a bunch of people were hating on her. FOR GOD SAKES SHES 8 YEARS OLD.
i didnt folllow her. because she kinda got annoying but i dont hate her. i would never make a hate group about anyone.
sure i hate a bunch of people. theres alot of people i dont like.
i dont like selena but im not going to make a twitter about it.
keep it to yourself. they have feelings too.
i just yelled at someones user name being "jonasisfag" a hate group on the jonas brothers saying they need to die.
or saying nick needs to die from diabetes. WTF. LEAVE THE BOY ALONE. LEAVE THEM ALL ALONE.
unless you know them personally then you cant hate them.
