The focus of this event is to bring a large variety of designers together in one spot to present a sample of their work. This event is open to all creators (fashion, skins, hair, accessories, furniture, poses, artwork, etc).
This will be a full sim event with sales booths, new releases, and gacha machines. This event may house up to 150 designers all offering their products @ a 50% reduction in price.

So I was tagged in this thing...:
1. I really believe that I was born into the wrong life. I feel like I belong somewhere else. But that doesn't mean that I'm not happy with the life I have.
2. The things I like might seem freakish, or bizarre to you. But that's alright because I can't help who I am :)
3. My favorite band is Cinema Bizarre. No, they're not girls, nor are they gay. They're just five androgynous boys who make great music and actually care about their fans <3
4. I wish I wasn't so shy. Some of you may be thinking "WTF?! You're NOT shy!" Yeah, I actually am, around most people anyways. It just depends...
5. I'm kinda happy to be a junior, but at the same time I know that I'm getting closer and closer to graduation. As odd as it seems, I really don't want to graduate.
6. I have no idea what I want to do as a job!!!
7. Sometimes I feel like I was born in the wrong time period O.o
8. I kinda wish I was in a band. When I listen to music, I always get this feeling that I want to be able to play the incredible song I'm listening to.
9. I try to come up with original ideas for taking pictures. Sometimes afterwards I realize that my idea has already been taken... oh well.
10. It absolutely annoys the CRAP out of me when people think they're completely original and when they see something similar to their style they get all pissy. I hate that they can't grasp the idea that they're not as original as they thought they were.

Today, we picked up some Smart Doll goodies : a weather cap and a "Haters Gonna Hate" shirt.
I'll admit that sometimes, I can be very lazy redoing Aisha's hijab. So I was basically looking for an excuse on how to just stick on her head without much styling. The cap covers the seam line perfectly. So now, Aisha can go around town looking like a cute hijabi hipster ;)

Just "rescued" (um kidnapped) this lovely girl from a closet at my parent's house. Nex to Barbie, American Girl was the doll love my sister and I's childhood. American girl came into our lives in 2008 and Marisol became the second doll my sister owned. Marisol was the girl of the year doll in 2005, so she was a few years old when my sister got her second hand. My sister was always one of those people that when a new thing came along she forgot about her old toys so soon Marisol became essentially my doll once my sister got more and more American Girl dolls. For a few years now she has been sitting in a closet in her box with my sister's other American Girl and similarly sized dolls. I just hate to see these dolls that meant so much to me in my childhood just sit in a closet. So when I tripped home today I decided to kidnap Marisol and give her a rightful place with my doll collection!
Taken back in the day when i was just starting to use photoshop, i'd had a client come in to work, he was a biker and had the ever so cliched love-hate tattoos on his knuckles, it got me thinking, and designing.
Its only small as i hadnt a very good camera then, and the colour of the little-little finger is a bit off. still, not bad for 2 weeks experience with photoshop eh?
I think i might redo this and see what effect 2 and half years of experience has on the final outcome.
