Mafeking Road 1 March 2020. Leaflet printed and posted by a small local voluntary group called Tidy Up Tottenham.
Another example of their leaflet in a window below. But with the (faded?) top half legible.
As shown by my Mafeking Road photo album the main problem along this part of the street isn't 'litter' - meaning small items of waste carelessly dropped in public places. Nor is the solution to "tidy up" Tottenham.
Here we've suffered regular and deliberate dumping of larger items of garbage / rubbish.
