Non c'è Odio senza Amore.
Perché in fondo
Odio e Amore
sono la stessa cosa.
Questione di punti di vista.
We had fun playing Humanity Hates Trump, a Cards Against Humanity parody poking fun (well deserved!) at Donald Trump and MAGA. A little bit of dark humor while coping with the horrific harm & danger that Trump and the far-right is causing!

I uploaded 8 in one go, because I think they belong together...
Monochromatic? Not really he? All the shades of grey... from a true black to white... as it should be!
Sometimes I just 'feeeeeeeeel' like this, a flower image in b&w...
I love the subtle tones, all the varied tones, that give the flower/petals/stems their texture, depth and form, their delectable shapes accentuated, extracted and emphasized without the colour. Don't you agree?
Lead and enjoy a good life, do and say things that enrich... and do not forget to tell the people close to you, how much you love them!
With love to you and thank you for ALL your faves and comments, hope you all had a great time!

WHAT PART of DO NOT USE is it that you DO NOT UNDERSTAND?
I find my images on numerous blogs and websites EVERY DAY, without my permission!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why not view the set as a slide-show?
Also I often upload more than one image at the same time, I see a tendency to only view the last uploaded...

On the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp, Jan. 27, 2020, MTA Chairman and CEO Patrick J. Foye announced that the authority is launching a sweeping public messaging campaign aimed at combating hate crimes. Messages promoting kindness, respect and solidarity are appearing starting today on thousands of digital screens across the region’s subways buses and commuter railroads. This is an example of one of the ads. Credit: Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)
Although I am distinctly midwestern I have lived in the south for six years now and It truly holds a dear place in my heart. I love it here. Being a transplant I have always found myself in debates over the confederate flag. Where I'm from the confederate flag is treated like the swashtika, its a symbol of hate intolerance and dark times. I understand that some of you disagree with that quite a bit.
A couple a months ago I went to a civil war reanacment for the first time. The confederate cheering section was actually shouting out things like, "Kill that yankee bastard!" It was a little scary. On the way out these bumper stickers on the back of someone's motorcycle trailer caught my eye. The second one from the top particuarly horrified me as it appears to be an endorsement of the KKK. Nathaniel Forest was the first grand dragon of the Klan. While the others arn't as evil, they are still violent agressive and intolerant. You may not think that the confederate flag is a symbol of hate, but this person is using it as one.
I hate to stress animals, but despite three of us oggling at him and talking excitedly amongst ourselves, he ignored us completely. Meaning he was not quite stressed, as i feared. Sage grouse love the open range and hate trees – even a few trees – explains a BLM expert in southern Oregon.
“Once the canopy cover of juniper hits about 4 percent canopy cover—which is a really low density of trees—then sage grouse begin to use other areas,” explained Todd Forbes, a BLM field manager in Lakeview, during a recent public tour during mating season.
A 2017 report from Oregon State University entitled “Sage-grouse hate trees: A range-wide solution for increasing bird benefits through accelerated conifer removal,” explains that juniper expansion in the Great Basin “is a primary threat driving fragmentation and loss of sagebrush habitats.”
Multiple studies this century attribute juniper encroachment to modernized wildfire fighting strategies. In Oregon alone, it is estimated that Western juniper has increased its range by 10 million acres.

Hate Crime Awareness Week was launched yesterday (Monday 5 February) at Manchester College, Openshaw Campus with poetry and performances from students. Some of the speakers included representatives from the Crown Prosecution Service, the Deaf Centre, Greater Manchester Police and Manchester City Council.
Sign the promise and help end hate crime.
Don’t be a bystander to hatred and prejudice, that’s the call to people across Greater Manchester ahead of Hate Crime Awareness Week.
Every person across the region is urged to sign up to the Greater Manchester Promise, never to stand by if they see someone being abused or attacked because of who they are.
The call to action is part of a week of events and activities to mark Greater Manchester Hate Crime Awareness Week.
People can sign up to the promise at www.letsendhatecrime.com
The Promise reads:
Let’s End Hate Crime – the Greater Manchester Promise
I’m proud that Greater Manchester is a place where everyone is free to be themselves:
where no one should face violence, abuse or hatred just because of who they are,
who they love, where they’re from, what they look like or what they believe.
If I see someone abused like this I won't stand by. I'll take a stand and:
support them
challenge their abuser, if it's safe; and
report it.
I make this promise to stand up for a Greater Manchester where we all look out for each other, we all stick up for each other, and we all stand together.
Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime, Bev Hughes said: “The people of Greater Manchester have shown the world how we stand together in solidarity against those who would seek to divide us, and in support of those who face violence or abuse because of who they are.
“Our voice is stronger if we speak together, and if people sign the promise, it sends out a clear message that we stand together.”
Chief Superintendent Wasim Chaudhry, Greater Manchester Police’s lead for hate crime, said: “After the challenges we faced last year, this year’s Greater Manchester Hate Crime Awareness Week theme seems most fitting. Everyone has the right to feel safe and we all have a responsibility to take a stand against hatred and discrimination - we want everyone to stand up against hate crime. If you see it happen, report it. If it is safe to do so, challenge the perpetrator. We need people to know that we will not accept this sort of behaviour.
“We remain committed to tackling hate and discrimination, encouraging people to come forward if they have been a victim as I acknowledge that under-reporting of hate crime still occurs.”
Reporting hate crime is easy, you can do it online at www.report-it.org.uk/home, call the police on 101 or, if you don’t want to speak to police, report it at one of dozens of independent reporting centres across Greater Manchester.
Find out more at www.letsendhatecrime.com
To find out more about Greater Manchester Police please visit our website. www.gmp.police.uk
You should call 101, the national non-emergency number, to report crime and other concerns that do not require an emergency response.
Always call 999 in an emergency, such as when a crime is in progress, violence is being used or threatened or where there is danger to life.
