I made 20 of these for a bridal shower. Her colors were pink and green. I rolled them up into cupcakes and they were given away to everyone.
Here's the pattern: handmadebyannabelle.blogspot.com/2010/04/crochet-pattern-...
This is a cappuccino scented coffee cup keychain that I made. It is made from felt with a 3D look on one side and a perky little face on the other side(see my other pic of it). It has a green, blue, white and yellow striped ribbon to attach it to the split keyring. On the bottom it has a green and silver yarn that attaches a silver bell to it. It was lightly stuffed with Poly-fil batting.See my profile for a link. Thanks for looking!!!
Lately I have had a strange obsession with wanting some guinea pigs but can't have them at this time,so I made one. This little critter was made from the same pattern that I made the felt gang from but I used 2 different colors of craft fur instead of felt.He has 4 heart shaped paw pads(forgot to photograph them).Like the felt gang he has his own accessories: an apple,a piece of lettuce and an orange(for those health conscious piggies;o)).The felt accessories have a smiley face on one side and fruity details on the other. When he is hung up by his ribbon, the fruit spins around below him because they're attached by thread....kind of like a mobile for your car( an "auto-mobile" ;o)).Not including the fruit or the ribbon he's aprox 5" tall *update: I've kept this little piggy for myself. He dangles from my rearview mirror and makes my commute a little more bearable:o)
It was a dreary day when I had to go to an appointment.I had on a black top that I wanted to brighten up....these flower pins are what I came up with.I hope to make a few more since I have sooo many buttons that I'd love to use.
They are made from 2 different types of felt. The biggest flower is made from a stiffened felt that was bought already cut into a flower shape. The tiedyed flower on top and the green leaves underneath are regular felt that I diecut.I blanket stitched the stiffened felt and whip stitched the tiedyed felt flowers. Each one took about 30 minutes to make.

Please post a link on my blog if you make one -- I'd love to see it in other colors/yarn.
I should have added a defining border around the petals of the bottom 2 canes. Lesson learned.
* everything is made using just the colors of the clay, no paint is involved *
If you haven't used hand crocheted wash cloths yet, you're missing out. They not only wash great, but feel soft, and are durable.
This is the pattern I use for these washcloths: handmadebyannabelle.blogspot.com/2010/04/crochet-pattern-...
Broke Christmas
We are way broke this Christmas, after buying the house and paying for the wedding there just isn’t any extra. So the crafty diva that I am, I am making the Christmas presents. The ornaments are for the adults, amigurumi things for the younger kids, and fingerless gloves, scarves, and slouchy berets for the teens.

I have been having so much fun making these this summer.I'd take my sewing basket with me when my husband would go fishing or when my son was in summer school I'd wait in the car and make these for 2 1/2 hours.I have a few more to make(I'm up to 23) then I'll decide what the heck to do with all these ice cream cones:o)I gave one to my daughter Sunee(4 yrs),she wears it on a piece of decorative cord as a necklace.I've made 2 for my nieces(they picked out what color felt, beads and ribbon they wanted on theirs),they might hook theirs to their backpacks when school starts. Some of the ice cream cones are fruit scented and the ones that have brown felt are scented like chocolate.Ahh....so many color combinations/scent choices;I'm a happy girl:o)

This bunny was completed Feb 6th 2009 and is meant to hang from your rearview mirror(an Auto-Mobile). I made a guinea pig similar to him that is now in my car(I"ve had a weird obsession with guinea pigs lately). I hate driving in this awful weather we've been having (snow, snow, snow)but it and it's happy little accessories(their faces are on the other side) add a little humor to my excursions. :o) This bunny is about 5-6'' tall not including the ribbon or accessories. His ears, muzzle, feet and accessories are made from felt, his body and tail are from Luxury fur.He has a plastic nose and eyes. Like the other felt pets that I've made he has heart shaped paw pads on his front paws only.

My niece will be getting this for her 6th birthday tomorrow.I tried really hard to complete this doll in 1 day but with the kids home for Thanksgiving break....that did not happen:o)
She is made from felt and fabric from my own pattern which I think I'm happy with now(I hate to say that because I'm a perfectionist and may want to keep tweaking it).The doll is bubblegum scented which goes well with her bubblegum color.I think she is my favorite so far:oD see my photostream for other pics of her and my profile for a link to my shop
Thanks for looking!

It took awhile to get the hang of it.

This is the very 1st artist trading card I made. It was given away in a swap with a quilling friend in April 2008.Sorry the pic is a little grainy :o(
This is 4 of 6 felt critters that I'd made within a 6 week period. L-R Butterscotch the puppy,Myrtle the turtle,Siam Sam, and Nea the Boston Terrier. They each have an accessory that fits in their back pocket.
I've wanted to make this "riceball" puppy for so long. I drew a picture of it and even had the colors picked out months ago but have been so busy with other stuff that he had to wait. I'm glad I waited because I gave him cute little plastic eyes instead of sewn-on ones that I was gonna do(time saver too!)My kids each have a felt plushie that I made for them but they still wanted this one....he's a keeper(for me that is ;o) )
Another process for this image of the old the Cemetery in Terlingua, out in the Big Bend country of Texas. Home made albumen on Canson watercolor paper printed in the sun.
This was the first cupcake that I made. Originally it was unscented but I changed that once my Aunt gave me some of her candle scents. I unstuffed it , scented the stuffing with "Strawberry Daiquiri",then restuffed it. My son Chandler(7 years old) took it to school for show and tell and his friends said they wanted it(I'm nice but not THAT nice :o))

I've been wanting to make a Kokeshi Doll for a long time. After making one for my daughter I adjusted my pattern a little and finally came up with this. It's not exactly a Kokeshi but it's inspired by my favorite things on them. These are made with felt, fabric, safety eyes, ribbon and poly batting. They each have an obi pocket(on the back) for little trinkets, notes or a lost tooth(they're big enough for a folded dollar to fit into). This version is lightly scented with an orange cream scent(yum!).
