Saturday, May 17th - Body got a workout today. Went to the gym, then spent 4+ hours in the backyard pulling weeds as well as digging up and moving cement blocks/cobblestones around to widen a path.
Showered, stretched and doing nothing but relaxing for the rest of the night. My hamstrings are on fire, but I feel good.
