Halle construite en 1470 pour Louis Malet de Graville, amiral de France, seigneur de Marcoussis et de Châtres. En 1821 la municipalité l'achète à Philippe de Noailles, duc de Mouchy. Accueillant à l'origine une foire aux bestiaux, elle abrite depuis 1922 la foire aux haricots. La charpente a été restaurée en 1951.

Le vaisseau central de 35 m de long est flanqué de deux collatéraux ; la largeur est de 18 m et la hauteur maximale de 15. Les poteaux reposent sur des socles de grès. Aux extrémités les versants du toit sont réunis par une demi-croupe
