Finally got round to posting up the images from our recent photowalk round Hackney. Lovely day with Andy Matthews, Sal Hart, Paula Knee, Aleks Krotoski and Simon Kennedy!
Hackney Wick, London E9, is a run-down industrial area on the borders of the London Boroughs of Hackney,Tower Hamlets and Newham; which was once little-known outside the immediate vicinity and rarely visited by outsiders. However it lies just a stone's throw from the Olympic Park and now being revitalised by artists and creative enterprises.
Hackney cross pony very quiet and people friendly. He reportedly drives but also took a rider today during the evaluation it appeared to be the first time he ever had a rider and he did great! You can see in the video below how calmly he handled everything and in hand how nice he moves he has a nice flowing suprisingly flat knee hunter type movement. With his calm disposition and nice fluid movment this boy is going to be a really nice mount for leadline or short stirrup. You have to watch him to appreciate him the pictures do not do this boy justice... $400 Note: placement fee's can and will change / fluctuate after quarantine with evaluations miles and training

Save the hackney pylons! These are stunning structures, part of Hackney and East London's industrial heritage. They are being cleared as part of the Olympic beautification. These landmarks are being demolished without a word of protest or even discussion.
