parkrun is a free to enter weekly 5K run. It's you against the clock on a measured 5K couse. Parkruns take place on Saturday mornings all over the UK. Once registered you receive a barcode which gives you 'turn up on the day' entry to any parkrun.

Comprehensive results are given on the website and your pb for each course is logged.

 

I read this as No fouling your Mum. Surely it's a common courtesy to avoid taking your Mother down inside the area whilst having a friendly kick about in the park.

Hackney Wick, London E9, is a run-down industrial area on the borders of the London Boroughs of Hackney,Tower Hamlets and Newham; which was once little-known outside the immediate vicinity and rarely visited by outsiders. However it lies just a stone's throw from the Olympic Park and now being revitalised by artists and creative enterprises.

Freightliner class 66572 passes Hackney Central on 4M94 07:50 Felixstowe to Lawley street Intermodal.

As I was walking back to my car I looked down and I saw this impression in the sidewalk!

My maternal grandparents. They were married in 1908; I believe this photo was done about that time.
