The biggest in 18 years snowfall in England. I have only managed to go to the bank, tesco and take some pictures. One of the reasons I have left Poland was that I hate snow. Well, not exactly but the worst is this gray melting crap that forms on the pavements. Yes, the one that causes slow walking, wet socks and in the end, death.
The War Memorial outside Hackney Town Hall, London. This memorial is made of Portland stone (like the Town Hall itself) and is dedicated to the employees of the Metropolitan Boroughs of Hackney, Stoke Newington and Shoreditch who died in the First and Second World Wars.
