I don't remember this guy's name (seen here in Confederate uniform before he changed into Union blue for the filming), but he played the part of Boston Corbett, the soldier who shot Booth (against orders) while he was in the burning barn. For a while the real Boston Corbett was the most famous Union soldier in the country as a result of his shot. People looked to him as Lincoln's avenger. In this photo he's holding the Gallager carbine that Greg brought.

The Other Guys (U of I Glee Club) sang the U of I fight song in honor of Ang Lee's presence at Ebertfest 2008. Ang Lee is a U of I alum.

The Doctor and Captain Jack had another of their climbing contests. They were mad because I dragged them down before they'd gotten a winner. It was for their own good. I didn't have any plastics glue on me to fix them if they fell.

The Lost & Found Guy walks about the festival site wearing items that have been found over the course of the weekend. My friend Susan lost an earring sometime Saturday and when L&FG walked up the aisle at mainstage on Sunday, she asked him about it. He responded that yes, someone had found the earring, so she went to the lost and found tent and sure enough, it had been found.
