The Type 056 (NATO reporting name: Jiangdao) is a class of corvette deployed by the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN). They replace older patrol craft and some of the Type 053H frigates. The first Type 056 entered service in February 2013. An anti-submarine warfare (ASW) variant, commonly known as Type 056A, has also entered service.
Two 1800 ton patrol variant, P18N has been delivered to Nigeria and four 1300 ton corvette variant has been sold to Bangladesh.

If you meditate, I am sure that you would have used guided meditations to help you along at some point in your practice. They are easy to follow and serve as a useful tool for cultivating regular practice. Through guided meditation, practitioners are provided with guidance and instructions by a facilitator, either in person or audio recordings. Like any meditation practice, guided meditations are designed to help practitioners develop awareness, relieve stress, and enter into a meditative state with proper guidance. It is especially useful if one is new to meditation because a well-scripted and well-narrated session can provide clear directions on how to meditate based on a step-by-step method. All the practitioner needs to do is to focus on the guiding voice of the facilitator.

Our guide was pretty awesome. She did all the necessary guiding stuff, but in between spiels hung around with Paula and I at the back and talked about all the stuff that wasn't on the tour - like a variety of seriously weird stuff she'd experienced down in the caves, and a group of tourists who went into mass hysteria and had to be escorted out of the cave halfway through because they insisted there was a ghost standing in the middle of the walkway staring at them.
Then she took us looking for platypuses in the blue lake. We didn't see any, but saw plenty of lizards instead.

I was never actually a Girl Guide, but a Sea Ranger, the older version.
At the Deep Creek Tool Museum In 1889, Charles Erskine Wright designed an innovative new bandsaw guide that was manufactured by Cross & Speirs. In 1892 Wright was secretary of the company, but by 1896 he was on his own and manufacturing his bandsaw guides as Charles E. Wright Company of Waterbury. In 1901, Wright moved his company's factory to New Orange, NJ (later Kenilworth, NJ). He incorporated the business in 1903. Wright added bandsaws to his product line at some point. Meanwhile, he continually improved his bandsaw guides, which were proving to be extremely successful. By 1908 he had sold 60,000 guides, and by 1914 he had sold some 150,000 guides, which were installed on Wright bandsaws, sold to other bandsaw makers to install on their new machines, and on the retail market as aftermarket replacements. The company discontinued operations somewhere between 1919 and 1931.
