It's tough being a teenager. Juvenile male Ruby-throated Hummingbird perched in the garden with a grumpy look.

taken yesterday on our dog walk, it's going to be a wet walk this morning for Lotty!!!

I wasn't sure why this hare looked so grumpy, then another one appeared and after some brief boxing was chased off by this one.

Unfortunately, I didn't manage to change my shutter speed and the 'action' shots were blurred - rookie error.

Something about this moth-perhaps the appearance of heavy, furrowed brows- makes it appear quite grumpy. Of course, it could be the fact that some lady is pointing a camera at it when it is trying to rest. Love the fancy "tuft" atop its head/back. Definitely gives it the appearance of tree bark.

A Northern Shoveler expresses his discontent...

A male Northern Harrier takes a break from hunting the fields.

Fynn is grumpy as he hasn't been allowed out much recently. Yesterday I was away all day and all cats had to stay indoors. Both Fynn and Linus have been far too successful as bird hunters recently and there are too many young and unexperienced birds around at the moment. Today it's rainy and as I want Fynn to keep is curls dry he has to stay at home too. Better for his health but sooo unfair !

Actually he is quite friendly if only i had some carrot with me.

2nd batch of 2 kittens my sis picked up. This was taken over the weekend, about a month?

She told me until this change takes place, she will remain grumpy...lol.

These two little house wrens had just fledged, making their way to the relative safety of the trees after a brief stop on our deck. Without their tail feathers, they are only a few inches long, looking like little brown fluff balls.

Today's weather. I have upload so many images from this place with beautiful sunset but today it's a bit grumpy weather.

This is what Angry Bird will grow up to look like, grumpy, albeit, beautiful. They always look grumpy but they are the sweetest, gentle birds.
