Griff's playgroup turned out in full force: 14 kids.
The cake was tasty, strawberry with peach custard. I'm amazed Griff didn't smash it. Definitely risky letting him stand so close to it like that.
Grace didn't put pants on Griff because she "likes to see his cute little butt." Griff is already semi potty trained at home most of the time, with only the occasional mistake.
After spot one was demolished we made our way to the "Sagona" ledge but found the found we this dirty down ledge next that really got a good session going on it but before we left Griff said something about a back UFO and being the trend twat I am I got him to bash one out.

We took Griffy to his very first Brussels Griffon meetup in East Bay, just east of Oakland, and we got to spend to the afternoon hanging with this cast of characters :P
Friday morning a bulldog dressed as a rainbow fish walked into a library full of woodchucks. Imaginations were running wild at Greenwood Elementary School as Drake University's Associate Director of Marketing, Erin Bell, and Griff read The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister to a group of young learners in the library. Greenwood was just one of the eight DMPS elementary schools on the visiting list for the bulldog tour. After the reading, each student had a chance to pet Griff on the way to their next class.

After a long journey to Agrigento, from Palermo, we went straight to the museum, a long walk in the sun. Consequently I struggled to get decent photographs with the light and was overwhelmed by the huge numbers of artefacts.
I did not get information for many of the photos I took, and often found relief in fragments of work rather than the whole pots many of which were superb. We had should have stayed there much longer, even a day would probably not do it justice.
Griffin Leo is a student at North Public School in Broken Hill. Ten year old Griff loves swimming for the Silver City Swim Club, playing soccer for Celtic and AFL for the North Bulldogs. A huge Adelaide Crows and Taylor Walker fan, Griff also follows the Parramatta Eels in rugby. Always happy and friendly, Griff enjoys riding his pushbike and scooter around Broken Hill in his spare time.
This is not one of my pics. June Appleby (sitting first on the right) sent me this. She was married to the late Les Bennetts, he of Lonnie Donegan fame(sitting next to Diana). Also in the shot are Miki & Griff, who were a successful singing double act, who also occasionally did backing vocals for Lonnie. And of course, second from the left, sitting next to Griff is the wonderful Di Dors.
