It's panini night. Doesn't take long for them to cook, but when your hungry. Seems like forever.

we didn't have time to go to balestier and eat the yummy stir-fried rice and chicken wings.. but we couldn't possibly leave singapore without having mc griddle for breakfast...

Well it didn't fit our schedule. So this evening I griddled some mini-fillets dipped in seasoned corn flour. They'll go into lunch tomorrow.
