I drew that. No seriously, I did!

Graphite rubbing taken when design was incised into surface of stone block prior to carving. A limited edition of only 15 on Japanese paper.

7th course: Granita of bell pepper with mandarin and tomato juice, creme fraiche foam and a few drops fo kombucha made of green tea and hibiscus. This smelled of creme fraiche and tasted of bell pepper. Less of a meal and more of a drink, really
