LOL...Google's not as smart as you think they are! I finally decided to sign up for Google AdSense since I'm thinking of launching a few new websites. I put the first ad code up on my older website, www.thediamondtech.com, and these were the first two ads that showed up. Kinda funny, the whole site is about fractals and a DVD :-))
Btw, if anyone wants to check out a full-length medium-res version of the DVD, let me know and I'll send you a link to the download (500MB)

From the Irish Times: "Google said its fleet of cars responsible for photographing streets around the world had for several years accidentally collected personal information - which a security expert said could include email messages and passwords - sent by consumers over wireless networks."
Found a number of exceptionally beautiful landform images in Google Earth. For GIS purposes, Aerial and satellite images can be exaggerated or artifically enhanced color and contrast. But they can be very interesting.

This is one of the only remaining Buddha head's in Indein Village. A small village with an amazing amount of stupas and pagodas that I instantly fell in love with. I spent too much time in around Inle Lake, but giving this village a chunk of your time will be immensely rewarding.
While walking through the village isn't remotely like braving an ancient booby-trapped temple in search of a golden idol, it may be nearly as rewarding without the fear of sudden death. It's a location Indiana Jones would've been excited to explore and unearth its treasures. Beautiful, ancient, and full of Buddhist structures leaving your mind to drift into what life was like hundreds of years ago.

Today I just drove by the Google Datacenter in Taulov, southern Denmark. I was aware of the establishment of several datacenters in Denmark, but it came as a surprise that it was located just 10 kilometers from my current home ...
Street View is now being extended to bike path view apparently
The information from the bike is not on Google maps. They have changed the way they use images.

Drones can change the sense of ownership of products. If you could rent something in 5-10 minutes, would you need to own it? Think power tools. If you could get replenishment in 5-10 minutes, would you need to stockpile it at home? Think AA batteries, wasting away in the drawer.
