So easy - CHEAP - and delicious! Easy to adapt to your own favorite bean or flavor profile. Never buy a spendy GF veggie/bean burger again. :)
This may look like a very ordinary sandwich but it is in fact my first pre-packaged sandwich since I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in Dec 2009. Starbucks have today changed their gluten free sandwich from tuna (which I can't stand!) to roast chicken and green pesto. Taste test at lunchtime, hopefully will be edible!
with tomato and vidalia onion salad in vinagrette and mixed brown and white rice, sprinkled with nori trimmings. Shiso leaf from the garden behind the salmon burger.
[5] 1 teaspoon (5ml) of white wine or cider vinegar goes in next. Don't use malt vinegar - it contains gluten.

Rice flour crepes with eggplant-shiitake mushroom filling topped with kimchee sauce. YUM!
I made two dozen of these for Punxgiving and had enough batter left over to make a small (5") skillet cake. I used the cornbread recipe from the New Farm Cookbook and subbed in the Red Mill gf flour mix in for regular flour. Pretty much fool-proof.
Roasted Beet Lasagnete from "The Artful Vegan" by Eric Tucker, pg. 110-111. Made gluten-free by using gluten-free lasagna noddles, and baked for a little bit at 325 F.
