After finding some code by leMaik that allowed raw Therm-App data to be streamed to a Video4Linux device, I modified it in order to make it provided a more user friendly output (calibration, autoscale etc.). The result is the ability to basically plug a Therm-App directly into your computer, and easily access it through basically any program that supports webcams.
In the video demonstration I show it working with VLC media player, which simply detects it as a video camera. This allows you to use the Therm-App with Skype, YouTube live streaming etc. easily. It also allows for further live analysis of the video using other programs (eg. MATLAB) beyond what can be done on Android.

Titanfall 2
~8MP
Camera Tools: Otis_Inf's camera tool (camera, timestop, DOF)
Resolution: DSR resolutions
HUD Toggle: HUD toggle by The Janitor with outlines removed
Post-processing: Reshade v3
Downsample Filter: Lanczos2
Notes:
1. Reshade and HUD toggle needed to be in both the ..\Titanfall2 and ..\Titanfall2\bin\x64_retail folders.
2. Had to run desktop at max DSR resolution. Was then able to change resolution in game between 1080p, 2160p and 2880p.
3. Need to have in-game dynamic resolution enabled for depth buffer.
Playing around with some Reshade shaders for a more animated look.
Assassin's Creed Origins
Own camera tools, in-game photomode, SRWE
It's rather absurd. UPlay says I have killed 633 people in this game already and I'm not even done. All that to revenge my son. I get people like to slaughter NPCs like there's no tomorrow, but using a story of 'revenge' (which is already a terrible cliche) to give the whole being there some meaning is rather... silly?
Anyway, I wanted to do some more grittier shots as they're often too clean. I tried reshade but the depth buffer is gone after a second or so at places (and reappears elsewhere), which is likely the game, so I had to use the photomode's effects for e.g. DOF. All in all it turned out to be OK.
I used ASCII cam, because I figure it'll take a while for me to actually get around to editing the photos from my real camera, but this would be a fun way to share the in-the-moment photos.
