This was around the early 90's. Old house was still there at this time. Notice no safety rails around the window where the board breaks.

In September 2005 the girls and I took a trip to Disneyland Paris. We stayed at the Sequoia Lodge for 2 nights and

I didnt know that this was how witches flew. Makes me wonder about what goes on at Hogwarts. I suppose if rugby is anything to go by then there must be some damn strange stuff going on in the Quidditch changing rooms.

Stood on Dawlish Seawall, exposed at 1/5, ISO100, f22 - the train traveling about 70mph creates this ghosting effect. My youngest son was fast asleep in the pram - and he didn't even wake up with all these trains passing behind him!

The only remaining images of the real thing are 2D primitive sketches drawn years after the engine was scrapped. The model is conjectural, based on known specifications and better drawings of other types of engine of the time. e.g. other engines seem to have been built on the same wheelbase and using the same type of wheel.

The city where I lost my camera, lost over 100 pics from Waco the day before, and some pics from a haunted railroad c ar and history museum that morning, but was still able to (thanks to my brother and sister) get some cool pics on the Big Cypress Byou, and get 68 Markers! Oh, and the ghost train ride (the thing that I wanted to do the most) happened to be closed due to technical diffculties on this day. Oh, well. I have to admit, although all that happened, Jefferson is still one of the coolest towns in Texas.

We're putting in a crash door at the far right. It will be an extension of the chalked-in house.

Summer Fair Gruga

We started with the loading platform which was a little hard on the power relays since it started two cars (one loaded) on a hill. Brian extended a deck for boarding and disembarking riders.

It is that time of the season again and the normally genteel Stanley Park miniature train is being transformed into a ghost train to start the Halloween season. The theme for 2010 is Alice in Nightmareland. You can follow the fairytale princess and witness how she combats her opponents through the dense forest inhibited by a fire dragon, zombies, voodoo deities, wicked witches, evil cards, butchers and body-snatchers. The Ghost Train runs from 6PM-10PM and tickets are available at 3PM in the afternoon. [Photos and video by Ray Van Eng] www.vancouver21.com

With our bracket idea realized and implemented, we are testing the physical and electrical connections. The brackets enable us to bolt the track together temporarily for set-up, reconfiguring the layout, breakdown, and storage.
