Day 33: Tahiti, French Polynesia:
After getting off the second bus, we walked along the road that led down to the Botanical gardens. This was my first experience of lush tropical growth. Alongside the road was a small river, alongside grew trees and giant bamboo. Even before the gardens the growth was amazing.
I am sure the two at the picnic table were telling the one on the umbrella to get is' ass off before the umbrella got broken. I will have to have Mike take a look at it to make sure it can be fixed as it seems a bit wobbly now - likely from the "weight" of the grackle.

China clay is dropped into the rear wagon at Par docks. Not sure how much gets wasted with the clouds of dust emitted. Once these wagons are loaded the train will roll forward pick up one of the pairs of wagons onto the back of the four and back up for loading before repeating with the other pair, or maybe two pairs. Getting to a full train load is a steady process, taking several hours and involving quite a bit of back and forth. Best viewed large..
please take a few moments to vote for this pic so i can win some cash...lol!

Velcro wondered out to the clothesline as Averil was bringing in some washing, hopped into the clothes basket whilst she was halfway through the task, and stayed there while she carried the basket inside...

A great crested grebe (Podiceps cristatus) that just fed one of its chicks with a fish, some weeks ago.
Even though I was away on vacation when the chicks were small enough to be carried on their parents´ backs, it was fun to photograph them at this size as well for the first time.
I will show photos where their fish shows later on ツ

Getting lost with Soul2Soul. Step into comfort and embrace the warmth of a plush couch and a quilted throw or stare out into the water while curling up with a good book. Either way, I think you will find what you are looking for with this set. The Naturals set comes with the couch and matching area rug. Wooden block endtables for a more rustic look and plenty of art and foilage to surround yourself with.
Pair that set with the Honey Dreams Armchairs and half couch and you have a complete look. The running table makes for an excellent place to let the light bathe your potted plant or let a pie cool in the open breeze.
