Geospatial targeting. The extraction of head-centric targets derived from video data and the subsequent mapping to a geostatic reference frame provides a path to obtain target centroids that combine with Laser, Radar, Sonar sensors to generate a feature network of the local environment.
Targets directly in front and close by are given priority while those on the sides or behind are allowed to fade away over time.
