My son captured in mid-air coming off a skateboard ramp ..... I was laying on the ground and shooting upwards.....
He was about five feet off the ground when this was snapped using a high shutter speed on the Nikon D70.....
Best if viewed at the larger/original size where you can see the concentration on his face.....
This is actually grape juice and not wine. I liked the color and wondered what it would look like in a wine glass on a windowsill. Now I know.

Edinburgh Castle is a castle fortress which dominates the sky-line of the city of Edinburgh, Scotland, from its position atop the volcanic Castle Rock. Human habitation of the site is dated back as far as the 9th century BC, although the nature of early settlement is unclear.
The castle is now in the care of Historic Scotland, and is Scotland's second-most-visited tourist attraction. Although the garrison left in the 1920s, there is still a military presence at the castle, largely ceremonial and administrative, and including a number of regimental museums. It is also the backdrop to the annual Edinburgh Military Tattoo, and has become a recognisable symbol of Edinburgh and of Scotland.
I'll have to try this again without me in the frame.

My husband titled this one "Eat Yer Heart Out" in an e-mail he sent to our family from our trip. This is probably my all time fall foliage favorite. The colors were almost fluorescent. I love fall foliage in lots of areas, but it is hard to beat Canada. Especially the week before Canadian Thanksgiving.
