Golden chain or golden rain (Laburnum anagyroides) is a species of flowering plant in the subfamily Faboideae, native to Central and Southern Europe. The plant is a small deciduous tree or large shrub up to 7 metres tall. Golden chain is cultivated as an ornamental tree. It is one of the most common poisonous shrubs in Europe. All parts of the plant contain poisonous alkaloids.

Złotokap pospolity (Laburnum anagyroides) – gatunek małego drzewa lub wysokiego krzewu należący do rodziny bobowatych. Pochodzi z południowo-wschodniej Europy. W Polsce uprawiany jest jako roślina ozdobna ze względu na efektowne kwiaty. Złotokap jest jednym z kilku najpospolitszych w Europie krzewów trujących. Wszystkie części rośliny zawierają trujące alkaloidy.

WIT: I always thought this was a cool building. I went out with my camera and lenses in tow, and when I prepared to shoot, I discovered I did not have a memory card in my camera! So I resorted to my phone camera, here is the result.
I might be able to swing the purchase price*, but that's an awful lot of lawn to mow.

Mirabelle plum on the tree. They are just ripening now. They are sweet and tasty. In my hometown they are grow wild on the street and when I was a child, every Summer I went with my friend to collect them and eat :)

Our destination - the viewing tower on the hill :)
The viewing tower on Jeleniowaty - a tourist viewing tower built in 2020 on the top of Jeleniowaty hill, next to the village of Muczne. It is currently the largest building of this type in the Polish Bieszczady Mountains. The tower is 34 m high, and 170 steps lead to the viewing platform. From the top there is a vast view of the upper San valley and the highest parts of the Polish and Ukrainian Bieszczady.

Wieża widokowa na wzgórzu - cel naszej kolejnej wycieczki :)
Wieża widokowa na Jeleniowatym – turystyczna wieża widokowa zbudowana w 2020 na szczycie Jeleniowatego, obok miejscowości Muczne. Jest to obecnie największa tego typu budowla w polskich Bieszczadach. Wieża ma wysokość 34 m., a do platformy widokowej prowadzi 170 schodów. Ze szczytu roztacza się rozległy widok na dolinę górnego Sanu oraz najwyższe partie polskich i ukraińskich Bieszczadów.
This bad boy was sitting in the Duluth Harbor, on detention. The previous day he rammed into the side of the channel that the Aerial Bridge crosses. He "claims" that something malfunctioned. Anyway, the Coast Guard was holding the ship while they investigated (can you say "blood test?"). This was taken while on a harbor tour.
