Today I selected one of my older photos, one from the last summer. As it was still taken with my old Canon 450D and I only had 3 brackets, it was great that everything worked so fast while editing it compared to my new photos :) For those interested, this is the Minaret in the middle of the chateau park in Lednice, Czech Republic

This was a rarity for me...I made the same project twice although certainly not with the same pictures. I modge podged pictures off of flickr again for this frame and used some of the same ones and some different ones. The word friends is made with pink rub ons on this frame and there are silver rhinestones...of course :)
Some Beetles i have recently set out for framing, i wont be including the longhorns in the frame, it was just for the pic...

I like this better. Framed is better and cropped.
Our ancient cat "Little" - a foundling rescued from the builder's shack in Conyers, Georgia in about 1991.
He is old, mostly deaf and blind, but he is happy and still has the most handsome and well placed white feet imaginable.

looks like a mid 70s frame, with delicate top eyes and slightly curved brake bridge. Modern post 1983 Reynolds sticker . wonder what this really is? Very nice. zephyr was a 1950s RE trade mark.
birthday gift last year, got inspired by seeing fabric frames at Anthropologie and decided that I could make some for gifts, but then I had to create a collage in photoshop to go in the frame. I never take the easy way out.

MAJORAS' MASK (Project: Terrible Fate)
Yesterday I started making a frame for the back of the mask, this will be then painted and carved to look like an rusty old metal frame. Right now im working on the rust details then start working on an idea I have for the inside of the mask.

ODC2 - Our Daily Challenge - Natural Framing
Thanks so much for visiting, your views and comments are always much appreciated.
Wishing you all a great week ahead.
Took this photo in Twickenham- love the lighting and colours with joined up graffiti on the walls. The person walking through was framed in the light at the end of the tunnel. Perfect timing!
Defective framing delivered by an Anchorage general contractor [Erik Dawson, Dawson Development]. This framing was demolished following extensive documentation. These photos are made available for framers, contractors, and clients as an educational tool.

Image 3 of 3 for Live and Uncut Assignment (Fork, Knife and/or Spoon)

Still life photography is something I haven't really tried before. For my 3rd photo in this assignment I tried to think of something less obvious than my other two images, so I excluded the actual cutlery and went for their shadows. I used ambient light through a window onto A2 sketch pad paper as it has a slight texture. Converted image to B&W.
Due to the light travelling through double glazing, the shadows have a double edge giving the impression that they are out of focus, which is a shame. They are in focus, as can be seen in the texture of the paper.
The nice frames we got from the boot sale last week up on the wall of the treehouse.
