Hardware likes him quite a fair bit better than it likes me, which is why he is able to do things like take every last bit out of the laptop then mount the motherboard directly to the frame. If I tried something like that, I doubt the laptop would last long.
2"x6" pressure-treated lumber was used for the frame, spaced 16' on center. I used 16d galvanized nails for assembly.

Frame 6 of 7 frame burst. Had the camera set at 8 f/s so this sequence is about 1 second long. Eagle at Camas NWR, Idaho taking off from the tree. This is in the last lights of the day, so it had a wonderful setting sun shinning on the Eagle. Why do they have to do this when I have settled into a closeup shot? Did not have time to zoom out to fit in frame. This photo is un-cropped.
All our attempts to frame nature inevitably fall short.
