That's me hamming it up at my first gallery showing, making a wholehearted appeal to find a home for Zenith and some of his other robot friends.

The Luna 1450 Syntax was the preferred heavy duty pistol of the Alturian pirates of late 2819. The pistol featured was used in the Retro-Robot wars from 2819-2947. It's owner, Voltex Ranni the Red, was infamous for his robot disintegration techniques. Voltex was the scourge of the Alturian space seas and died a violent, though long overdue, death at the hands of the K35X-0Q robot known as Bill. This Luna 1450 Syntax is on display at the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C.

Street Pests is a street art project commissioned by the City of Greater Dandenong. Various materials found discarded in the streets have been refashioned into pigeons and rats which are then installed back into the streets they were found.

Street Pests encourages passersby to look again at the world around them by inserting the unexpected into their every day. It also refutes the idea that once something hits the ground it's simply rubbish with no further use. Finally, it's a moment of soft, playful quirkiness in contrast to the grey concrete and red brick walls of our every day urban environment.

Found objects, copper wire, aluminum tube, cherry

All the objects which I found on vacation in the Dordogne. The shells my wife eat from, the cork from one of the bottles of wine we drank, the key to the Gîte we stayed in, the scissors we cut up our bread with and the seeds from the tree in the garden, all on a setting out board: a plan for a wooden wheelbarrow that I found in the shed.
