Per the New York Architecture site: "Founded in 1895, the Forward was the leading Socialist paper on the Yiddish newspaper row along East Broadway. It advocated social reform and instructed newcomers in the ways of American life. A popular feature was the Bintel Brief (Bundle of Letters) which answered questions from readers. The paper’s renowned editor, Abraham Kahan was one of the most influential Jews of his time. In 1974 the Forward moved to midtown where it now publishes editions in Yiddish, Russian, and English. Currently the landmark building is being remodeled for condominium apartments."
We chartered a 41' Bavaria Sailboat out of Nanny Cay in the BVI's for a 7 day sailing experience. I'd been looking forward to this trip for years and had done some convincing to get the family onboard for a sailing vacation. We weren't dissapointed. It was awesome!

The Mishe-Mokwa was small enough that they didn't bother closing off the bow, so I leaned against the most forward point all king-of-the-world like and took a picture of this little knobby thing sticking up at dead center.

Just had the week 2 weigh in and it looks like I've lost 3kg since stating the diet of which almost all is body fat. Weight is down from 85kg to 82kg and body fat is down from 24% to 21%. I've reset on the strength programme and looking forward to working on good form with lighter weight for a couple of sessions.
