Formada em Educação Física e bacharel em direito, Ana Paula entrou na PMDF em 1994, na época, a patente mais alta permitida a mulheres na carreira era de capitã. Ao longo de 30 anos de ofício, passou por diversos setores na PMDF, atuando como juíza na Auditoria Militar, diretora de Pessoal Militar, chefe do Estado-Maior e subcomandante-geral até chegar ao posto mais alto. Pour la premiere fois en Belgique, dans le cadre de la Biennale d'Art et de Culture de la Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles a Mons, le BAM consacre au peintre et sculpteur colombien Fernando Botero une vaste retrospective du 9 octobre 2021 au 30 janvier 2022.
Depuis ses recherches de jeunesse, peu connues du grand public, jusqu'aux oeuvres iconiques de la maturite, dont des toiles recentes presentees pour la premiere fois, cette exposition d'envergure brassera l'ensemble de la carriere de l'artiste.
Reputee pour ses personnages aux formes rondes et voluptueuses, l'oeuvre de Botero est le resultat d'une recherche exigeante et determinee, dans lequel l'artiste s'est engage il y a plus de 70 ans.
A l'heure ou, plus que jamais, le sens commun est en peril, l'exposition interroge la maniere dont une oeuvre, bien que personnelle et situee, parvient a developper un langage universel et accessible. Le parcours emportera les visiteurs dans l'univers foisonnant de Botero, inspire tant par l'art precolombien et l'iconographie populaire que par les muralistes mexicains ou l'art de la Renaissance italienne.
L'exposition Fernando Botero. Au-dela des formes rassemblera des oeuvres importantes empruntees a de prestigieux musees, comme le Gunggenheim de New-York, dont des peintures historiques rarement montrees au public europeen. Des toiles, dessins et sculptures appartenant a des collections privees internationales, notamment de Colombie, seront egalement presents.
Au centre du parcours d'exposition, une quinzaine d'oeuvres issues des collections meconnues du BAM illustreront les inspirations majeures de l'artiste colombien autour de differentes thematiques : natures mortes, nus, scenes de genre...

O Tribunal de Contas de Minas Gerais, em 4/11, realizou nova fase da Operação Saúde, fiscalização simultânea em unidades de saúde por todo o estado. A operação tem o objetivo de verificar, de forma minuciosa, como está sendo a prestação do serviço de saúde nas unidades públicas do estado.

Dự án Hiệp Thành City
Tên thương mại: Hiệp Thành City. Nằm tại đường Nguyễn Thị Búp, Phường Hiệp Thành, Quận 12. Được phát triển bởi chủ đầu tư Licogi 16 có tổng quy mô 12ha , sản phẩm chủ yếu là đất nền, nhà phố, shophouse . Diện tích chủ yếu đất nền : 72m2-85m2-90m2-120m2. Hiện tại hạ tầng hoàn thiện, dân cư đã vào ở được hơn 50% , đã có sổ hồng riêng.
Giá bán giao dịch đất nền tại đây trong năm 2019 rơi vào tầm 41 triệu/m2 trở lên , lô 85m2 giá khoảng từ 3,5 tỷ/nền. Hiệp Thành City gần ngay các khu tiện ích trọng điểm như chuỗi trường học Cấp 1 – Cấp 3 phường Hiệp Thành, nhà thiếu nhi Quận 12, UBND, Chợ, Siêu thị, trung tâm thương mại.
Khu dân cư Hà Đô Thới An
Đường Lê Thị Riêng, phường Thới An, Quận 12 . Khu dân cư Hà Đô được phát triển bởi tập đoàn khá có tiếng là Hà Đô . Tổng quy mô dự án hơn 57,000m2 , diện tích mỗi nền cơ bản từ 85m2 – 200m2.
Dự án đã hoàn thiện cơ sở hạ tầng, hơn 80% đã có người dân vào ở, giá bán khảo sát rơi vào khoảng từ 46 triệu/m2 đổ lên. Đây là một trong những khu dân cư được đánh giá về vị trí, quy hoạch, không gian sống tốt nhất tại Quận 12.
Dự án Pi Home An Phú Đông
Có vị trí tại đường Vườn Lài, Phường An Phú Đông, Quận 12. Với quy mô khá khiêm tốn so với các dự án trên, Pi Home có tổng diện tích 14.000m2 . Đây là dự án với sản phẩm chính là nhà phố xây sẵn có diện tích 105m2- 126m2, biệt thự liền kề có diện tích đa dạng từ 182m2 – 212m2 .
Dự án đang trong tình trạng hoàn thiện pháp lý, và đang chờ làm hạ tầng dự án nội khu. Đơn vị phát triển là công ty cổ phần dự án Đất Nền, giá dự kiến tại đây sẽ từ 62-67 triệu/m2 mức giá được xem là “đúng” so với trong khu vực .
Dự án khu dân cư Cầu An Lộc
Dự án cầu An Lộc thuộc phường Thạnh Lộc, Quận 12 với tổng quy mô dự án hơn 5200 mét vuông. Hiện tại dự án đã hoàn thiện hạ tầng 100%, đã có sổ hồng riêng từng nền.
Theo như khảo sát dự án cầu An Lộc có giá bán hiện tại rơi vào khoảng từ 50 triệu một mét vuông. Đây là dự án thuần đất nền, có diện tích đa dạng từ 63m2 – 88m2, tổng giá bán từ 2,5 tỷ – hơn 3 tỷ/nền.
Dự án An Sương Residence
An Sương Residence được xem là một trong những dự án đất nền Quận 12 quy mô nhất thời điểm hiện tại. Dự án tọa lạc tại phường Tân Hưng Thuận có tổng diện tích lên đến 66 hecta, tiếp giáp liền kề với các trục đường lớn như Trường Trinh và Quốc lộ 1A và gần các tuyến đường chính như Nguyễn Văn Quá.
Hiện tại dự án đã hoàn thiện cơ sở hạ tầng,đông đúc khu dân cư vào ở, kinh doanh buôn bán. Diện tích đất nền ở đây rất đa dạng rơi vào từ 60m2, 75 m2, 80m2, 100m2 giá bán ở khu này được xem là khá “khủng” dao động từ 70 triệu/m2 – 100 /m2.
Theo như khảo sát, được môi giới tại dự án báo giá lô rẻ nhất 64m2 vào khoảng tầm 4 tỷ, những lô mặt tiền đường lớn 30m có thể có giá hơn 100triệu/m2 . Khu vực này được quy hoạch rất bài bản, xây dựng nhà chủ yếu là 1 trệt 3 lầu hoàn thiện.
Dự án Thiên Nam Residence
Thiên Nam Residence tọa lạc tại số 6 đường Tân Thới Nhất 17, thuộc phường Tân Thới Nhất, Quận 12 . Đây là dự án đất nền có quy mô khá vừa phải với tổng diện tích 5678 m2 được phát triển bởi chủ đầu tư là công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn Dệt Thiên Nam.
Hiện tại dự án đá có sổ riêng từng nền, hạ tầng hoàn thiện 100% bàn giao cho khách hàng. Diện tích đất nền ở đây khi dao động từ 72m2 cho đến đến 90m2. Theo như khảo sát của chúng tôi giá hiện tại trong đầu năm 2019 rơi vào khoảng từ 70 triệu/m2 trung bình tổng diện tích mỗi nền khoảng từ 5,2 tỷ.
Được thừa hưởng các tiện ích có sẵn, Thiên Nam Residence nằm ngay trong khu Metro gần cầu Tham Lương, liền kề trường học, công viên lớn, khu dân cư hiện hữu, các khu trung tâm thương mại ,siêu thị.

Đây là tuyến đường được dự kiến sẽ mở rộng lên 16 m khu vực này đã đông đúc khu dân cư hiện hữu đông đúc về đây sinh sống, kinh doanh. Hiện tại dự án TX 43 được phát triển bởi chủ đầu tư là công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn đầu tư bất động sản IDLAND : có quy mô chỉ 20 nền , diện tích khá dễ chịu chỉ từ 60m2- 96m2 ,phù hợp cho tất cả các loại hình An Cư hay Đầu Tư .
Với giá bán được xem là “khá sốc” so với khu vực chỉ từ 32 triệu/m2 – 36 triệu/m2 bằng ngay giá bán căn hộ ở kế bên. Khách hàng đầu tư ngay giai đoạn 1 sẽ được hỗ trợ vay 50% – chỉ cần thanh toán trước 50% phần còn lại từ 3 đến 4 tháng sau sẽ ký hợp đồng công chứng chuyển quyền sử dụng đất.
Đất nền Quận 12 với giá bán chỉ từ 1,9 đến 2 tỷ/nền được xem là khá dễ chịu cho với các nhà đầu tư đã am hiểu trong khu vực.

This now seems to be the most populous form of the Comma, the summer brood, noticeable by it's paler underwings.

This form was first defined in Robson (1881).
This form is found throughout its range and represents individuals that go on to produce a second brood, which differ from those individuals that overwinter as follows:
1. Overall appearance much paler.
2. The underside is especially paler, being yellow-brown with darker markings nearer the body, and with a few green spots and other marks at the wing margins.
The specimens emerging in early Summer are much paler in hue that those appearing later: the ground colour is about the same as the palest portion of the darker specimens, and all the other markings are paler in proportion. On the underside the differences are even more noticeable, the early form being pale yellow-brown, with rather darker markings towards the base, and a few green spots and marks near the hind margins of both wings.
The Summer form is so different, and so constant in its appearance, that it ought to have a distinctive name, and we suggest it be called var. Hutchinsoni, in compliment to that lady whose liberality has enriched so many cabinets with specimens; whose knowledge of the species, as has already been said, is not exceeded by that of any one living, and to whom we are greatly indebted for information mentioned above.
Gołąbki [ɡɔˈwɔmpki] are a form of cabbage rolls or stuffed peppers. They are a traditional Polish dish made from lightly boiled cabbage leaves and/or peppers, which are wrapped in a parcel-like manner around minced pork or beef, chopped onions and/or rice or barley; baked in a casserole dish in a tomato sauce.
This is a shop that went out of business, and here we can see massive amounts of posters stuck on the metal shutters, completely covering it. Most of the posters are from real estate agencies (for information about renting the store), and some of the posters are for upcoming nightclub events. The metal shutters acts as a plane for communication.

Formed on the 19th June 1981 with a mandate to preserve, promote and provide racing for cars with a competition history, the Historic Sports & Racing Car Association has around 900 members.
Since its inception, the Association has promoted around 100 Historic Race meetings, along with providing driver training days, technical days, social events, and all those activities related to being the only motor-sport and heritage based racing car club in the state of New South Wales.
The Tasman Revival meeting is one of the activities promoted by the Club.

Queen’s Park Underground Station, 11 May 2024. In February 1915 the station formed the temporary northern terminus of the Baker Street & Waterloo Railway (BS&WR), a subsidiary of the London Electric Railway, in turn a part of the Underground Electric Railways of London.
From its earliest days, the B&SWR was known as the ‘Bakerloo’. In February 1915 the Bakerloo extended its service from Paddington to the London & North Western’s Queen’s Park (West Kilburn) station, built in June 1879 on what was then the LNWR’s Main Line from Euston to Birmingham. In 1912 the LNWR built The New Line for suburban services in 1912 adjacent to their main line and in 1915-17 the LNWR electrified the New Line renaming it ‘the Watford DC Line’.
On reaching Queens Park (West Kilburn), the Bakerloo extended their services northwards over the Watford DC Line to Willesden Junction in May 1915 and when the LNWR extended their electrification to Watford Junction in April 1917 the Bakerloo extended their service there as well, although the Bakerloo service was subsequently cut-back to Harrow & Wealdstone.
In 1954 the station was renamed Queen’s Park. At some time I have been unable to determine, the frontage of the station was revamped in a most unsympathetic way (1960’s perhaps?) and some sections of the glazed overall roof for the platforms was also removed (1980’s or possibly later?).
The Watford DC Line services were transferred to TfL’s Overground in 2007 and in 2024 it was branded the Lioness Line.

The Autonomous Racing Workshop is an annual event to bring together student teams that are active in the student form. At the conference-style event, participants from more than 40 teams exchange ideas on all aspects of autonomous driving. In presentations prepared by participants, knowledge is transferred between the teams and deepened in discussions. The main topics are technical and algorithmic hurdles in the development of autonomous vehicles. Organisational issues will also be addressed. Specialist presentations by sponsors, who are supporting the entire event, will provide insights into the working methods and research topics of the industry.
In addition to the transfer of knowledge, networking between the students from 6 European nations is a very high priority. This promotes co-operation beyond the confines of the competition.

¡Nos llena de orgullo seguir contribuyendo con las emprendedoras de nuestra Provincia!
Asistí a la graduación de 30 mujeres que formaron parte de la cuarta edición de la Academia de Mujeres Emprendedoras (AWE) – sede Ventanas, en este primer ciclo.
Durante 4 meses se capacitaron y nutrieron sus conocimientos para ponerlos en práctica en sus diferentes emprendimientos. Con esta excelente predisposición, me complace anunciar que 120 mujeres más, tendrán la oportunidad de capacitarse a través de este importante programa que estamos llevando.
Nos acompañó Pamela Guaña, coordinadora de Emprendimiento y Asuntos Públicos de la Embajada de Estados Unidos en Quito, también a Hugo Flores, Director Ejecutivo de la Escuela de Negocios en la Cámara de Comercio de Quito; y a Lucrecia Velarde de Sánchez quien en representación del alcalde del cantón, estuvieron presentes en este gran evento.
