Roaring Fork Abstract
Took this shot while preparing to pack up the car from one of the many pull offs along the Roaring Fork in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Throughout the day Jerry Denham and I kept trying to capture the abstract nature of photography while enjoying the fall colors that nature provided this day.

Ally and her uncle were playing water balloons but the balloon failed to burst so the forks came out.
The 7th Annual Field & Fork presented by JPMorgan Chase was hosted at Brown-Forman Silo Center in Turkey Run Park on Saturday, September 7, 2019. Proceeds from this fundraiser benefit The Parklands of Floyds Fork, which maintains the nearly 4,000 acre donor-supported park system.

On Poole bridge

Racked in the jig. Now to check for true and finish the braze. My fork jig is the tail end of my abrasive miter made from an old delta lathe.
