The obverse side. One can now tell that it had been worked into some kind of tool. It was broken off about one inch from the bottom. Possibly a knife or scraper, or perhaps a "blank" that would have been shaped into a projectile point later.

Flint is the gentlest soul, and would fit great in a house with an older adult. He has very soft fur, and loves to cuddle - he’s like a teddy bear. This doesn’t mean he isn’t playful and curious - he does everything other kittens do, he is just a little less intense about it. Flint enjoys toys on a string and watching fish.
This began as many photos taken from the roof of the Northbank Center. My talented friend Chad stitched them together and made the colors pop. Teamwork makes a good photo!

The site was chosen for its strategic position in North East Wales. The castle was only one day's march from Chester, supplies could be brought along the River Dee and there was by a ford across to England that could be used at low tide.
An incredible healer and an intimidating sniper, Flint held the power of life and death in his sweaty hands. He was always trustworthy and precise, whether that was shooting insurgents or performing surgical operations with a collected demeanor.

When a lad I often wondered what this strange depression was. I later found that it was used to quarry flints for flintlock pistols etc.

This is Flint and Pipp. Both are rescued border collies. Pipp was thrown out of a car and came to me with a dislocated hip. Flint was luckier, he was owned by people who cared about him but didn't really have the time for him.
