Flexible Latitude (2010) is een enorme figuur van Yue Minjun in de houding van de klassieke koutou. After photographing 1680, with the camera level with the spikes, I wanted to show the side and base of the spikes in a better easier to view way. I attached Golf tees onto a sheet of latex as it would allow movement. I had intended for it to hang vertically at eye level but after lying it on a table to dry I realised that instead of having to vary the spike size and density to show movement I could vary the shape of the base.
The Inspire Room at Gloucestershire College, a place for training, development and play. Staff can use the room to try out new learning technologies, try out software, get information and advice. The room is also used on a regular basis for development and training.
