One of those cool old slinky flexible cords used to support a light. This one was on a printing press.

hmmmm... not sure what example this goose is doing...

Beacalls Lane, Shrewsbury, July 2008. I get the feeling that this pipe-creature will crawl to a different wall when I'm not looking.

Back before I injured my back, I used to be able to touch my toes to my nose this way. I could give Ginger Rogers a run for her money.

The entrees on board Amtrak #29, the westbound Capitol Limited, were the "flexible" dining of the salmon (top) and short ribs. Both were tolerable, but not great. Good thing lisa brought the titanium camping utensils, as the Amtrak plastic forks shatter on everything except the rice and potatoes. Even the carrots are too much for the plasticware.

This was one of my recent projects. The image in the top is a photograph of a billboard I took on the highway, and the one in the bottom is my redesign.

I think the original billboard has too many words, which in my perspective is more than enough to deliver the message. Content that is not clear and concise can scatter the customer's concentration thereby not delivering the message of the advertisement. Like the old saying: " Suddenly, if you have too many good things it can very easily become a bad thing".

I think that designers should be focusing on grabbing the customer's attention first, because simply, you can't talk to somebody if he's not looking at you.
