... one of the more iconic shapes of the SHIP! The angles on this frigate are quite a challenge, as Lego only give you some flexibility on shape and form and how all the sections fit together.

It worked out nicely in the end ... after some trial and error 😉!

Love to hear wat what you think of this detail?

For those who maybe have not followed the WIP-series, you can find a lot of pictures of the build here.

I managed to wriggle myself in this dress again :-)

Mon vieux Slinky jaune et orange de sorti ce soir a entraîné sur son sillage un bloc de lamelles de papier pour exécuter quelques pas de danse tel une série de voiles tout en souplesse dans le salon bien ventilé pour l'occasion. #Macro #MacroMondays #Flexible

From my toolbox a roll of PTFE tape, so useful for getting a water tight seal on pipework !, have a good HMM !.

Gecko is very alert and even a little vibration and someone close will make him run away.

I have gone pro.

...Happily looking forward to flickring with added flexibility, latitude, scope and statistics : )

..........Happy flickring folks : ))

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Our unpredictable South Florida sky's have actually been rewarding the flexible photographers down here with some sporadic opportunities to capture and display nature at its finest. I have personally been monitoring the evening cloud patterns almost daily (remember, I'm not much of a morning person) for breaks at the prime times in the evening. On those evenings when I don't have the little one with me, I mentally prepare myself to be able to jet out the door with my gear faster than an EMT to a 3 alarm fire! And this shot was taken on just one of those emergency calls :)

PERSONAL COMMENTS AND TESTIMONIALS are much appreciated, thanks!

I saw this brightly colored bird along the Railroad Bridge trail, out around Sequim, WA.

Macro Monday's and the theme of "Flexible".

I am hoping my angle of thought here comes across as valid for this week and if not then that's fine.

Whenever a pine cone is exposed to water the scales contract and close trapping the water. When the water is absorbed the scales open out again. This is what I would call flexibility in nature.

Maintenant que le support avec les tubes a été utilisés pour remplir d'eau les ballons directement depuis un robinet, il ne reste que les tubes plastiques et c'est l'idéal pour des prises de photos en macro.

Playing with Catwa Mesh Head to have another look. Fun =)

If the Cold War would have turned hot, Soviet forces in Europe would face potentially overwhelming NATO air power. To offset this, Red Army doctrine emphasised integrating surface-based air defences into its mechanised units. Early Soviet SAMs, such as the S-75 "Dvina:/ SA-2 "Guideline" were could not move with the troops. The later 2K12 "Kub"/ SA-6 "Gainful", introduced in the late sixties, included mobile missile erector-launchers on tracked chassis and separate tracked vehicles with surveillance and guidance radars and were much more mobile. The launchers used for its replacement, the "Buk" system (beech), include their own guidance radars, which makes them TELARs (transporter-erector-launcher, radar), for more flexibility. The vehicles can even operate independently, if necessary, although the volume that can be scanned by the radar is very limited.
