Msemen is a soft, flaky Moroccan flatbread. It is made plain or stuffed with veggies or cooked meat.
This soft, chewy bread is a little crunchy on the outside from the grill pan and filled with the wonderful fresh flavors of the herbs and red onion. The garlic butter and salt on top finishes it off perfectly. Great with soups or in place of regular garlic bread - a favorite at my house!
