Amazing what you can do with Tabasco Chipotle Sauce, a Kontos Flatbread and Pork Products from Hatfield.
House made pizza dough rolled thin, brushed w/ xvoo and grilled. Topped w/ parmesan cheese, a fresh tomato sauce (charred plum tomatoes pureed w/ garlic, xvoo and parsley), slices of fresh mozzarella, and a drizzle of Basil Pistou (pureed basil and parsley w/ garlic and xvoo). Flatbread is then baked and sliced
"Flatbread" is a fancy name for rosemary crackers. It was a tasty way to use up a small harvest of rosemary from the garden. Recipe from Smitten Kitchen
These were tasty, largely due to having a LOT of olive oil and salt. They weren't all that crisp, but people ate them up anyway.
