OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

My rhino flashlight is more like a lamp. 3-D printed with the FDM printer at Gulfstream.

When I use flashlights it's normally during blackouts and I wanted mine to stand free, without any creative rigging.

The boyfriend is working in Rotterdam until thursday...I don't like to sleep alone in a empty house...always sleep with the flashlight beside my bed in case of emergency :$ Yes, i'm a (little) afraid of the dark. Hope it's thursday soon.

15 sec. exposure with flashlight

more fun with a flashlight - in a very dark room, 'brushed' across the kitchen counter

Shot in full daylight with Nikon D700 and Sigma 105mm macro lens.

Manual exposure, lit with 230 lumen flashlight.

The flashlight produces a pure white light so there's no discoloration.

The light also has a narrow beam that allows isolation of the subject.

All the flowers are just little wildflowers that grow around the grass at the ski resort where I live.

These flowers were also very small. Nothing bigger than a quarter, so all the shots are heavily cropped.

When we ran out of spaklers, we played with flashlights. :)
