For macro Monday’s theme “wavy lines”. I didn’t bring a ruler, so I took a photo of me holding the item and placed it in the first comment box. Okay, I’m in Punta Cana! We arrived yesterday so yeah, I’ll take photos to share later but probably won’t be on Flickr much this week. Oh, and if you zoom in, you’ll see a glimpse of me and our hotel room. A little pocket flashlight I keep near at hand for getting around if I wake up in the night. The photo is about 60mm wide. HMM to all and thanks for any views, likes and comments.
This cute little bug-eyed critter (a 3" long tree frog) was sitting on a lamp post in the dark late at night. I grabbed an LED flashlight and cranked the ISO up on the camera rather high to capture this image. Poor frog... I wonder how long it took before it was able to see again in the dark after looking into the bright LED light... and I certainly hope it didn't try to jump until its eyesight had adjusted to the dark once again!
