Hendrix loved playing with his flashlight and all the kids in the neighborhood rode bikes and scooters until about 10pm.
This flashllight was left in my student dwelling my sophomore year. Over Christmas somebody broke into the rooming house I lived in and took a cassette tape deck that hooked up to a stereo system. They left the turntable.
And their flashlight.
I keep tripping over this thing at unexpected moments. I've officially thrown it out.

I was grilling pork chops and decided to try out a flashlight as a

In the 1800`s photographers used Magnesium -the socalled "magnesiumbombs". It is a silver coloured powder that gives off an intense white light on combustion. It fell entirely out of use in the early 1950´s.
