Me: Where are you two going?
Laney: For a walk.
Me: A walk back to the 80's? Hahahaha! I'm so funny.
Laney: Yeah, not really though. Don't forgot it's you that chooses my clothes so you're actually just making fun of yourself.
Me: Point taken. Enjoy your walk.

I'm glad this shop is still going, when I used to work down the road from here I used to buy a lot of second hand things from here.

I just thought that it would be fun if I showed some Flashback pics from summer 2009 that my friend Brandon just got developed. Aw. Such a fun time touring to Illinois. :)

Was it something I ate :-)
I've just remembered, Flashback was a great album by The Moving Sidewalks. Ahh, they don't make 'em like that anymore. Something to do with, err...drugs, I'm told. Hmf. Hippies.
My work's not going straight but every now and again I like to do a more "photographic" work for a change. A flashback, Prague
But, it was a very happy day and night back about 2 years ago. I was wearing a black dress. But alas no place to go.
For my first(!) entry onto "An Alphabet of Life" group, I'm going with the letter "L"... I think I'll jump around the alphabet on this one.
I can't remember a time growing up when we did not have one in the house. I remember my mom breaking the last one we had when she was vacuming the floore... I was also glad it wasn't me who did it. (I just had a flashback of the Brady Bunch breaking mom's precious vase :-)... a few years later when they seemed to be reappearing, I got my mom this one. I liked it because it resembled the original ones the most. With the red lava and yellow liquid... although the yellow has completely faded from having been in direct sunlight.
I still never get tired of just watching it change into various forms. Very relaxing.
In a scene that could be from the 40's or 50's (minus the CVS Pharmacy), a pair of 4000 series Rapid Transit Cars cruise through the Washington and Wells stop on Wednesday. The pair made a trip from Skokie to Roosevelt Rd and back during the early afternoon.
somewhere in the cascades. washington state, i'm guessing.

i think we all look a little puffy eyed, like we'd had a rough night's sleep in the tent.
Max took Sammy under his wing from day one and taught him how to get into all kinds of trouble and rely on his cuteness to get out of it

Came across some negatives after digging around - since my prints went missing (another post), and I came across a whole set from Hamilton 1997 from when I was in High School. Leon was the first person who allowed me to paint at a show. A friend and I had been continuously snubbed by events in Toronto (some things don't change) and Leon invited some of the usual and other newish artists to paint in Jackson Square. It was fun to have a jam on the roof of a mall. He's still doing good things and the Jam is still happening.
