When I was a young kid, the flag only had 48 stars. Not until Alaska and Hawaii became states in 1959 did the flag get 50 stars.
Taken in Saratoga Springs, Utah. I was hoping for something a little different but I couldn't get the right angle.

Nice flag but the store in Brandon, Manitoba was full of cheap crap. I had seen these shops on the west coast and was drawn in by their branding.
