Difficult to get a decent shot, this is the Welsh flag waving from the highest parapet at Caerphilly Castle.
On the 6th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, this was the scene in Battery Park where "The Sphere" sculpture was relocated.
A large collection of the "Flag of Honor" surrounds it.

The Flag Shop Nova Scotia was honoured to receive this photo from a customer who solemnly laid his flag at the grave of Cpl.Savage, Moro River Cemetery in Ortona, Italy.
All I know about this photo is that it is in Barcelona by the Harbor. Other then that my knowledge is pretty limited. Its a big city and unfortunately I didn't manage to learn bout every building.
I can name the three flags though. From left to right; the flag of Catalonia called La Senyera (that was googled. My knowledge of Spain isn't that great), then its obviously the Spanish flag and the EU flag. Ok the last 2 were easy.
To celebrate Flag Day on June 13, for the 8th straight year the U.S. Embassy's Public Diplomacy Section organized a competition with high school students to develop depictions of all 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia. Nearly 300 enthusiastic high school students took part in the competition which took place at the Ambassador’s residence where they exhibited the displays they created to illustrate various representative elements of each of the states, in order to convey the message for this year’s theme: “America’s Strength: The Diversity of Its People”. First time participating, this year's high schools were: Gheorghe Lazar (Bucharest), Mihai Viteazul (Bucharest), Nicolae Balcescu (Oltenita), Decebal (Bucharest) and Ion Neculce (Bucharest). The winners received American books, music and movies (Lucian Crusoveanu / Public Diplomacy Office)
They're not fooling anyone; there's 1,250 gallons of Mint Chocolate Chip, 10 Neapolitan, and 1 case of Vanilla Bean.

My four little heart flags for Boston! It's been raining for days, so had to take an inside pic. Not sure what happened to my HST hearts. I though I was doing it right, but its the thought that counts!

May 12th - we went to a day of rugby, music and beer. St Agnes vets playing a guest team of Wasps vets. Lots of ex internationals. we walked there with the kids (over 4 miles) and got back via borrowing lifts and then a taxi! The rugby was excellent as was the beer. These flags were flying all over the ground. They are made locally.

A lone Canadian flag hangs off the High Level Bridge, over the river. The support beams that it hangs from are not accessible. Somebody climbed out there.

Patriot Day occurs on September 11 of each year, designated in memory of those who died in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. On Patriot Day, the President directs that the flag of the United States be flown at half-staff and displayed from individual American homes. The President also asks Americans to observe a moment of silence beginning at 8:46 A.M. (Eastern Daylight Time) marking the first plane crash on September 11, 2001
On November 24th, 2017, NATO Rapid Deployable Corps - Greece (NRDC-GR) celebrated the National Day of Albania, with a flag raising ceremony which took place in the Headquarters premises, at “Pedion Areos” Camp in Thessaloniki. The event honored with their presence the Commander of NRDC-GR, Lieutenant General Dimitrios Bikos, the Albanian General Consul of Thessaloniki, distinguished guests and the staff of the HQ.
Lieutenant Colonel Adrian BEQAJ, the Senior National Representative (SNR) of Albania, addressed the HQ on the meaning of the day. During his speech, he mentioned “On 28 of November we commemorate the Albanian declaration of national independence. It came 105 years ago and it is the most important act in our history. The Albanian independence was proclaimed introducing the two-head black eagle in a red background as our flag, making this symbol the most significant expression of the identity for Albanians whenever they live. It comes from the depth of history as when all Albanians under the lead of George Castroite Scanderbeg unanimously accepted the two-head eagle as the flag of united Albanians”.
Furthermore he added “It is worth mentioning other important dates we celebrate which are the 29th of November, the day of Liberation and the victory in World War II and the 4th December the creation of the Albanian Armed Forces. Albania is now a contributing member of NATO and is close to meet its second strategic objective, to become part of united Europe. We believe that is an inherent right not only due to our geographical location but also due to our cultural heritage and historic ties with our neighbors. The Albanian people and the entire political leadership are committed and determined to contribute to this goal”.
Concluding his speech the SNR expressed the deepest respect to the participating nations, and his gratitude to the host nation, Greece, for the hospitality, the warm friendly environment and the support provided. Commander of NRDC-GR, Lieutenant General Dimitrios Bikos, congratulated the SNR for this day and expressed his appreciation for the significant contribution of the Albanian staff to the past years HQ’s successes. The event concluded with a small ceremony in the HQ facilities.
