I was too lazy to take the tripod out for a masterpiece ;)
Located near Pike's Market in Seattle, Washington. We had to experience a coffee from this famous American landmark.
Story first:
Yesterday I saw Francis Ow's photos of Russian puzzle cube with arrow heads. It caught my attention immediately so I tried to do it on my own. I tried with square first, but there was too much paper. Only then I read that Francis did it with 1x3 rectangle... I told myself ok, let's try rectangle. I was lazy, I tried first with 4x8, and it was too short. Then I tried 4x10 and it was working, but backside didn't stay closed. Then I started to think why Francis actually used 1x3 rectangle. There must be a good reason for that! If rectangle was prolonged to 4x12, this additional paper in the ends really helped to hold the modul closed. Very likely I found the same solution as the original one made by Francis.
In next step I was playing with assembled cube. And I came to some quite interesting polyhedron (by folding the arrow heads somehow around the cube) and I was thinking, this solid could actually be done easily from something like waterbombs. So I tried. It was working, but it wasn't that stable. These new units were lying in front of me and I wasn't satisfied. I started to play with them again and somehow I discovered that nice sturdy bracelet could be done from them!
Funny how creating happens sometimes!
This bracelet would not exist without Francis Ow's puzzle. Even if these two models don't share anything.

First butterfly I've photographed in 2019. I've seen a few others over the last few days, but this is the first I've managed to capture. The butterfly here is called a Comma.

Diario de la Primera Misión GTFO (Jueves, 10-Dec-2020)

Fuà al acogedor aeropuerto y embarcadero Audrey, donde habÃa que recoger la mercancÃa, pues allà hay un HUB GTFO.
TenÃa previsto cargar con un helicoptero amplio para llevar buena mercancÃa y ganar pasta y dinerito, que siempre viene bien.
Otra piloto canadiense estaba haciendo lo mismo, asà que acordamos hacer la misma misión y ruta.
La manager del aeropuerto, nos llevó al lugar donde se recogÃan las cajas y se aceptaba el encargo.
La Misión tenÃa caracter humanitario pues habÃa que llevar productos importantes ( viveres y medicamentos ) a una zona de buceo en medio del mar, a bastante distancia.
La Ruta, pues, comenzaba en este pequeño aeropuerto al sur del continente Corsica, luego habÃa que pasar por el corredor de Islas que enlaza Corsica con el continente Nautilus, y una vez, allà al Sim Dire Straits (flechas en ROJO).
Llegamos sin apenas incidencias al lugar y nos pagaron lo acordado. ¡Qué bien!.
Desde allà solo quedaba regresar al aeropuerto Base, en Isla Lagartija, una de las Islas Balboa (flechas en VERDE).
Bueno, he de decir que la aventura no terminó ahÃ, pues invité a la piloto canadiense a que tomara un descanso y refresco en la Base... ... ....
GTFO First Mission Diary (Thursday, 10-Dec-2020)

I went to the cozy Audrey airport and pier, where the merchandise had to be collected, as there is a GTFO HUB there.
I had planned to carry a large helicopter to carry good merchandise and earn money and money, which is always good.
Another Canadian pilot was doing the same, so we agreed to do the same mission and route.
The airport manager took us to the place where the boxes were collected and the order was accepted.
The Mission had a humanitarian character as important products (food and medicine) had to be taken to a diving area in the middle of the sea, quite a distance away.
The Route, therefore, began in this small airport to the south of the Corsica continent, then it was necessary to go through the corridor of Islands that connects Corsica with the Nautilus continent, and once, there to the Sim Dire Straits (arrows in RED).
We arrived with hardly any incidents at the place and they paid us what was agreed. How good!.
From there it only remained to return to the Base airport, on Isla Lagartija, one of the Balboa Islands (arrows in GREEN).
Well, I have to say that the adventure did not end there, because I invited the Canadian pilot to take a rest and refreshment at the Base ... ... ....
