Now a part of the Santa Clara County Fire Dept, but Los Altos Fire Dept at the time of this photo had 3 fire stations. Los Altos Fire engine 72 waits in staging at a large scale, multi-agency drill at the Holiday Inn in Milpitas in 1994.

Saw lots of fire trucks today, responding to car accidents, crazy people, and some girl screaming in the back of an ambulance.
Saw this (engine 103) one around 5pm then again around midnight.
The first thing I noticed when I got to the precinct today was a strong smell of burnt toast. So I wasn't surprised to see a fire engine parked by a service yard.
We had a fire alarm at 150 Lonsdale today. There were 3 fire trucks!
I think it must have been a false alarm. We were allowed back in after about 45 minutes.
A Cwmbran fire engine routinely approaching the Chapel Street roundabout. A little further up Maendy Way, a second one came down, also being driven routinely.
