The main water pump end of a 1939 Merryweather Fire Engine. The vehicle is festooned with beautifully polished brass and copper. Originally part of a private fire brigade at Sandringham House, Norfolk.

When we were at my son's parade they borrowed a few appliances from the past ...what a beauty!

Sadly they raced off before I could take many shots.....can't imagine they were attending a fire!!!
