Grilled filet mignon on bed of sautéed peppers and onions. Baked potato with sour cream and chives.
"Food" project for Strobist Sundays.
I grilled the steaks, my wife did the rest.
Strobist: 580EX II @ 1/4 power fired via RF-602 through umbrella at 2 o'clock. White core board reflector at 8 o'clock. Setup is here.
Amei tanto essa combinação! Quando essa coleção da Impala foi lançada eu achei bem lindinha, comprei mas não sabia muito bem como combinar esses esmaltes. Assim que passei o Cabo verde eu sabia que merecia um up, quando vi o Fantasy sabia que ele seria meu escolhido. O pincel vem bem carregado de filetes, as cores ficaram um amor juntas, gostei demais! A cor não ficou real, o verde é mais intenso, deixei nos comentários uma foto em luz natural mas tb não deu pra ver exatamente como ficou, mas acreditem ficou lindo!

done on my new cast iron grill. these came out pretty good after tossing them in the oven for 7 minutes at 400, then throwing some blue cheese on top of the steaks, letting them sit in foil for abouto 6 minutes.
