this is my first crocheted doily -- the skull image is based on the Happy Hooker's potholder pattern but translated into filet crochet.

Egret, Wildwood Lake, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This Egret walked around for the longest time with this fish impaled on his beak. He was probably wondering, "How in the heck am I going to get this off?" He did...eventually...and it was good!

I've been toying with the idea of documenting all the weird and wacky configurations that filet o fish burgers seem to come in. Nothing ever seems to be properly oriented, but that's part of the charm.

I preheated the grill in order to grill a red bell pepper that was used in a sauce. Subsequently, the grill was 700 degrees plus when I first dropped the filets.

Gone are the days of huge steaks- I prefer a smaller, much more tender steak!

Filet Mignon

Grilled filet mignon on bed of sautéed peppers and onions. Baked potato with sour cream and chives.

"Food" project for Strobist Sundays.

I grilled the steaks, my wife did the rest.

Strobist: 580EX II @ 1/4 power fired via RF-602 through umbrella at 2 o'clock. White core board reflector at 8 o'clock. Setup is here.

Amei tanto essa combinação! Quando essa coleção da Impala foi lançada eu achei bem lindinha, comprei mas não sabia muito bem como combinar esses esmaltes. Assim que passei o Cabo verde eu sabia que merecia um up, quando vi o Fantasy sabia que ele seria meu escolhido. O pincel vem bem carregado de filetes, as cores ficaram um amor juntas, gostei demais! A cor não ficou real, o verde é mais intenso, deixei nos comentários uma foto em luz natural mas tb não deu pra ver exatamente como ficou, mas acreditem ficou lindo!
